The court never sent or got the confirmation and Kelly somehow couldn't tell us why the rate was increased for over 6 months costing me almost $500 in increased insurance. I was able to get traffic school confirmed and the point taken off but what a waste of time and money for something that could have been taken care of the first month. Why use an agent when an insurance app can do it better."
